Materia x Studio Arthera for Valentine's Day
For Valentine's Day, in collaboration with the art studio Arthera, we gathered art enthusiasts at a special self-care workshop that celebrates self-love. Instead of generic romantic clichés, this event offered a gentle, introspective, and artistic approach to Valentine's Day, focusing on self-care, compassion, and creative expression.

The workshop was designed as a safe and inspiring space where participants had the opportunity to slow down, listen to themselves, and connect with parts of their personality that need extra attention and tenderness. Through the artistic process, creativity became an act of self-love - without the pressure of perfection, without expectations, just honest and intuitive creation.

Under the expert guidance of the studio owner, artist, and art therapist Vesna Matić, the participants shaped clay sculptures, exploring themes of acceptance, gentleness, and strength. Each sculpture became a personal interpretation of the relationship between the body and emotions, but also a reminder that self-care is a process that deserves time and attention.

Our carefully curated drinks completed the whole wellness experience, and this time the emphasis was on the gentle hojicha latte - a warm, soothing drink that perfectly blended into the atmosphere of the workshop and further emphasized the idea of slowing down, presence, and small rituals of self-care. This beautiful morning was complemented by savory snacks and a magical Pavlova cake, which Vesna prepared for the girls, and everything was rounded off with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut champagne from Miva wine gallery.

The blend of art and wellbeing confirmed once again that the creative process can be a powerful tool for personal growth, self-acceptance, and nurturing inner balance, and the workshop served as a reminder that self-love is not a luxury but a necessity.
"These are the days when we celebrate and mark love in all forms, and we decided to dedicate this gathering to the most important love - and that is self-love. The relationship with ourselves is the main relationship in our lives and the foundation of all other relationships, we have ourselves constantly, we are constantly with ourselves and that is why it is very important that this relationship is supportive and gentle, and that is not always easy, especially for us women." – stated Maja Blažević, owner of Materia.
