Ingredients:
50 ml of hot water - the ideal water temperature is 80 degrees
1 g Materia matcha
150 ml of milk - you can use any vegetable milk, and our recommendation is oat or coconut
teaspoon of honey or a little agave syrup - ice if desired
Put 1g of matcha powder in a wider cup or bowl and pour a little hot water over it.
Using a matcha whisk) whisk the matcha powder well with water until the powder is completely melted and a nice foam forms on top.
If you want to sweeten a little, add a little honey or agave syrup to the water and matcha mixture.
Fill a tall clear glass with ice and pour 1.5 dcl of milk, next add a mixture of matcha and water.
And that's it - your refreshing iced matcha latte drink is ready!
