Our dear food blogger Foodoris has come up with this recipe made from only a few ingredients. Since these pancakes do not contain a lot of sweeteners, except for a little maple syrup, the taste of matcha comes to the fore, so lovers of its taste will enjoy it. With the addition of yogurt or whipped cream, berries, and maple syrup, matcha pancakes will be a real delight for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of white spelt or wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon @materia_life matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of almond/oat/soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

TIP: if you want thicker pancakes, reduce the amount of liquid or beverage.

STEP 1

Mix flour, sifted matcha, and baking powder in a bowl.

Add maple syrup, milk, and vinegar and mix into a lump-free mixture.
