This recipe is very simple, and we have no doubt that it will win your hearts.

Prepared from gentle, fine green tea powder, almond flour, honey and coconut oil, our matcha pancakes provide a healthier classic breakfast or dessert experiencea!

Ingredients:

3 eggs

150 g of oatmeal

250 ml of oat milk

a pinch of salt

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

two teaspoons of Materia matcha powder

coconut oil

STEP 1

Combine the oatmeal, baking powder, salt and matcha in a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps.

Whisk the eggs for 1-2 minutes until airy and frothy in another bowl, then add the honey, vanilla extract and milk.

Stir everything lightly, then add the dry ingredients and mix everything together again.

Heat some coconut oil in a pancake pan. Pour the mixture into a preheated pan and bake like regular pancakes on both side.
