Introduction to meditation
There are many different meditation techniques and I believe they all have their value. The best meditation, like the best diet or exercise program, is ultimately the one that works best for each individual. I believe that the most important thing is to know what you are doing, that everything you do is right, and that you are doing the best you can.
The meditation course and studies I conduct have their roots in the Vedic tradition of India, and "Primordial Sound Meditation" ("Primordial Sound Meditation" or PSM in the original) is an authentic and ancient meditation methodology that Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon rediscovered and made it accessible, easy to practice and beneficial to all of us.
The history of meditation is also the history of humanity, and the reason why this ancient technique has survived to this day is that it works!
For me, meditation is our path to freedom, which comes from lightness, not seriousness, from flexibility rather than rigid adherence to rules. My desire is to simplify the meditation technique and help you to return to it every day so that you constantly have access to "your inner bank", your consciousness in which all experiences take place.
I invite you to sail into the limitless expanses of your spirit, to recognize default/limited mind patterns and discover your true nature. As the great Indian wise man, Ramana Maharshi said: "If we do not understand ourselves, what is the use of trying to understand the world?"
Indulge in this journey of awakening.
