Matcha tiramisu

Matcha tiramisu za dvoje s domacim tresnjama ali moze se pripremiti s bilo kojim vocem, ili naravno bez njega.

Biskvit:

25 g šećera

65 ml sojinog mlijeka

1 žličica jabučnog octa

nekoliko kapi ekstrakta vanilije

30ml maslinovog ulja

prstohvat soli

80 g brašna

⅓ žličice sode bikarbone


Krema:

200 g veganskog sira

100l veganskog šlaga

1 žlica šećera u prahu

nekoliko kapi ekstrakta vanilije


Matcha sloj:

80 ml vode

3 žličice matcha praha

KORAK 1

Mix sugar, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, oil, and a small pinch of salt. Combine the flour with baking soda and add wet ingredients.

Stir briefly, until you get a solid mixture, then transfer the mixture to a lightly oiled pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes.

Combine whipped cream with vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Whisk 3 teaspoons of matcha powder in 80 ml of hot (but not boiled) water.

Dip the cooled pieces of biscuit in matcha and arrange in a glass. When you cover the bottom, pour a couple of tablespoons of cream. Repeat the process twice.

KORAK 6

Cool well and sprinkle with a little matcha on top. If desired, layer some fruit onto the cream.
